The KOKUTAKU 110 Tuple has been developed collaboratively by the Japan International Table Tennis Research Institute and the Tianjin Tuttle Company in China. This rubber features a new particle arrangement and innovative structure that comply with the regulations set by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).
